This year's Summer Club does overlap with some state school end of term dates e.g Shiplake Primary School so please check your child's term dates before booking.

Please note changes to our Terms and Conditions: As with previous Harpsden Woodland Holiday Clubs, we are unable to cancel or amend bookings unless we are currently operating a wait list for your booked session. Our sessions are in high demand so we will always endeavour to meet any requests where possible. From now on, due to the administration associated with any booking changes, in the event that we can find a replacement booking and are therefore able to offer a refund or alternative session, we will be charging an administrative fee of £10. This fee will either be deducted from your refund or in the case of an amended or swapped session, payable within 24 hours in order to secure your new session. As a not-for-profit, we always give any charges serious consideration and only implement them absolutely necessary. By placing a booking with us, you are committing to our latest Terms and Conditions.

Please note that for tax reasons, any bookings paid for via the Tax Free Childcare scheme or Edenred voucher scheme can only be refunded via the same payment method.
