Harpsden Woodland Summer Club

The return of our extremely popular Summer Club.

Running primarily for children aged 3 to 5 years with siblings welcome up to age 8 inclusive. We apologise that during our holiday clubs, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 3 years of age on the day of the club.

Our holidays run from 9am to 3pm with a healthy snack included and a variety of seasonal and creative activities with an emphasis on outdoor and woodland play.

We ask that children bring their own healthy packed lunch and named water bottle as well as weather-appropriate clothing and sun cream in hot weather please. As we regularly have children attending with allergies, we operate a strict no nuts policy. Thank you for your cooperation.

Should your chosen session(s) be fully booked, you can email clubs@harpsdenpreschool.co.uk to be added to the waiting list in case of any requests to cancel (cancellations are at the discretion of the managers and subject to a small admin fee where feasible). Please include in your email your name, child's name(s) and DOB(s), your contact information and requested waiting list day(s) and if you would like to book a long or short day. Please note that emails are regularly monitored and we will get back to you as soon as possible. For your peace of mind, any sold out session requests will be dealt with in the order they were received.

PLEASE NOTE: Bookings will initially be open to pre-school families and future 2026/27 pre-school starters, followed by returning holiday club families and then to the general public. We do recommend booking asap as spaces fill up fast.

PAYMENT: Please ensure that you have fully completed your booking by clicking on your chosen payment method and making payment at the time of booking. Note that payments for our holiday club cannot be made via Pembee so please ignore that option. If you have not received a booking confirmation email, please check back to ensure your booking has completed in full.
